Email Sender allows you to create cold emailing campaigns with scheduled sequences from a list of contacts with emails in CSV.

This tool allows you to use the email lists created with FindThatLead to create configurable cold email campaigns with sequences.

These sequences are follow-up emails that are sent a few days after the previous email in case the prospect has not responded back and are essential for achieving conversion.

These are emails where you can configure parameters such as:

  • Connect the email address from where the emails are sent.

  • Subjects

  • Text body and CTAs

  • Sequences

  • Labels and custom attributes

  • Templates

  • Signature and signature creation

Quality Checker

The tool itself also has a built-in "Quality Checker".

This checker provides you with a score based on different parameters based on our rules for making cold emails. We include format, characters, custom attributes, and much more.

Custom Attributes

Custom attributes are fields that can be added to your templates to include specific recipient details in the message content.

This allows Email Sender users to create more personalized and relevant messages for each recipient, improving the quality and effectiveness of communication.

To add custom attributes in Email Sender, follow these steps:

  1. Create a list of recipients with columns containing the specific information you want to include in the email (e.g., name, company, position, etc.).

  2. Import the list of recipients into Email Sender.

  3. In the email template section, use custom attribute tags or "Tags" that correspond to the columns in your recipient list.

  4. Email Sender will automatically replace custom attribute tags with the corresponding information for each recipient when the email is sent, and to make sure, you can see a preview.


Email Sender has a specific section for metrics.

Tracking and analyzing metrics in your cold email campaigns is crucial for measuring success and improving the effectiveness of your sales efforts.

FindThatLead offers a variety of key metrics that will help you understand the performance of your campaigns and identify areas for improvement to optimize.

Some of these metrics, charts, and statistics are:

These metrics can be measured and compared in the time period you choose within the platform and by choosing the list or lists you prefer or have available.


The blacklist is an important feature of Email Sender that allows you to avoid sending emails to certain recipients or specific domains.

This can help you maintain a good sending reputation, reduce bounce rates, and ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR and the CAN-SPAM Act.

The blacklist is a list of email addresses and/or domains that you do not want to send messages to. These may include recipients who have previously requested not to receive any more emails, invalid or inactive email addresses, or domains that are known to be problematic or generate high bounce rates.

To add recipients or domains to the blacklist in Email Sender, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Blacklist" section in Email Sender.

  2. Click "Add" to add a new recipient or domain to the blacklist.

  3. Enter the email address or domain you want to add to the blacklist.

  4. Click "Save" to confirm the addition to the blacklist.

Once you have added recipients or domains to the blacklist, Email Sender will automatically avoid sending emails to those addresses or domains in your future campaigns.

How many credits can it cost to send an email?

Sending emails is a completely FREE tool. You will not spend any credits sending emails.

Does Send Emails work with any type of email service (Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail)?

Yes. With the SMTP connection, you can add any type of email service to our Send Emails tool.

How many emails can I send per day?

Note: We do NOT provide an SMTP server or send emails from our servers on your behalf.

We are connecting your inbox with FindThatLead, creating a bridge between your email service provider and our tool.

All emails will be sent from your inbox, and you will be able to see the emails and how they are sent.

Based on our experience with Gsuite accounts, we know that a Gsuite business email can send up to 1500 emails per day.

However, we strongly recommend not sending more than 500 emails per day to avoid being blocked. This can cause deliverability issues and temporary account limitations.

Please note that we suggest a certain maximum number of emails per day to keep your account safe.

We are not responsible for any temporary account holds. All emails are sent from your inbox at your own behavior.

Pro tip: We know how important it is to pursue your prospects. But remember not to spam them. Always maintain context and personalization!

Don't forget to get to the point and add value to the professional you are addressing.

Is this not considered spam?

Our email sending system has been designed to mimic human behavior and not be detected as SPAM.

It is up to you not to abuse this by exceeding our recommended limits.

To avoid reaching your contact's spam folder, you should configure your domain server with SPF and DKIM records and verify your domain.

Can I use my own domain to send campaigns?

By connecting your accounts via SMTP, you can connect any type of email provider and send through your own domain.

What servers do you use to send emails?

The tool connects your email service to the system and uses it to send messages from your email. We do not use any additional services.

How many email accounts can I send emails from?

You can connect more than one email account to send your emails from different accounts, depending on the plan you have. For example, you can connect up to 10 different email accounts with the Suite plan.

How do I make sure I don't send emails to the same people twice?

When setting up a new campaign, we detect duplicate emails, so people won't be contacted twice. We don't want you to be called a spammer!

In addition, we also check if contacts are already in other campaigns.

So even when you are running multiple campaigns, you can be sure that the same contact is not being bombarded with too much content or too many messages.
