How many credits it can cost to send an email?

Send Emails is a completely FREE tool. You won't spend any credit sending emails.

Does Send Emails work with any kind of mail service (Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail)?

Yes. With the SMTP connection, you can add any kind of mail service to our Send Emails tool.

How many emails can I send per day?

Note: We are NOT providing an SMTP server nor sending the emails from our servers in your behavior. We are connecting your inbox to FindThatLead, creating a bridge between your email service provider and our tool.

All the emails will be sent from your inbox, you'll be able to see the emails and how are they sent.

From our experience with Gsuite accounts, we know that a business Gsuite email can send up to 1500 emails per day. However, we strongly recommend not to send more than 500 emails per day in order to avoid being banned. That can cause deliverability issues as well as account temporary limitations.

You will note that we suggest a certain maximum number of emails per day in order to keep your account safe.

We are not responsible for any temporary account holding. All emails are sent from your Inbox in your own behaviour.

Pro tip: We know how important pursuing your prospects is. But remember not to spam them. Keep it contextual and personalized at all times!

Understanding open rates & statistics of a campaign

When you start running a campaign, you can check its statistics from the Send Emails dashboard.

These statistics are updated in real time, so it may take a while to show new numbers.

Send Emails allows you to send multiple emails within the same campaign depending on the previous email.

How many email accounts can I send emails from?

You can connect more than one email account in order to send your emails from different accounts, depending on the plan that you have. For instance, you can connect up to 10 different email accounts with the Suite plan.

How do I make sure I am not emailing the same people twice?

When you set up a new campaign, we detect duplicated emails, so people will not be contacted twice. We don’t want you to be called a spammer!

In addition, we also check if the leads are already on other campaigns. So even when you’re running multiple campaigns, you can be sure that the same lead isn’t being bombarded with too much content or too many messages.
